Does anyone know where I can find some information on the care of Golden Garden skinks? I am assuming they are also called Golden skinks, but am not sure. I have looked up some information, but it is spotty at best. Is care similar to other, more commonly kept skinks? I would appreciate a response from anyone who has information about these wonderful animals.

Look up old forums of skinks. Just search using Golden skink. There was someone here yr ago that bred hers.
I remember she kept them with rocks, some wood and sand substrate so they could dig. Desert type set up but with water.
She heated them from above with UV incandescent light and had a hot basking and the rest of her tank was flourescent lit.
I think she misted them ligtly every other day during mid afternnon basking time.
She had a pair that were housed together and bred several times the baby pics were cute.
I chatted with her because I was interested in them but we lost touch and I wound up getting sandfish skinks.
