One of my females has a dorsal pattern similar to that. Maybe it is genetic, but I am chalking mine up to an incubation flux. We will see this year.

I think the main reason is because she is het for lab and is just showing some of the trait but I didn't think there were visable hets with burms
From what I know all het for Labs look that way (the chain link pattern)

When I purchased her, I was told that she was a poss het albino. 2 of her sisers proved to be albino from the 4 purchased. The other 2, one of which I got, were never bred. We will see this year is she is a true het, eggs are due to be laid on Valentines Day from a double het albino green male.
