It is day 52 of incubation for my little gecko eggs and I have been checking them 2 times a day (morning and evening) but have no signs that would even make me think of them hatching soon other than the fact that they are really really big compared to the other eggs. How will I know that they are going to hatch??? I know I shouldn't worry but I tend to get paranoid about things involving my pets...and this is my first time breeding leos so that makes it even more nerve racking. The hatchling setup is all ready to go (heating since 2 days ago) so all I need is the babies.

mine just hatched 2 days ago and the only noticable sign was a lil head peeping out mine incubated outdoors here in Miami on my patio at day 46 they hatched temps 85* now my question what and when do they eat they have no interest in sm/med crix yet! Chris..............

people always say that you will see the eggs sweating, but i watched my eggs hatch yesterday and i didn't see any sweating at all, but in the days prior to hatch i noticed lots of small bumps in the eggs like as if something was poking them from the inside out good luck cleo...can't wait to see pics, what kind of leos???

I never saw any "egg sweats"... the only sign that I picked up on was that the eggs looked like they had doubled in size... But that was pretty gradual... Not like I knew what day to expect them or whatever. But, look at it this way- big eggs= good thing.
