OT Best reptile/bird vet schools?

dmlove Feb 05, 2005 02:36 PM

Does anyone know of some of the best vet schools for reptiles and birds? Im looking into Auburn, Cornell, Purdue, or U. of Miami FL. Anywhere else? Anything I should look for or work for here?

Thanks!

The schools you mentioned are all top notch. However, I don't think the University of Miami has a vet school and some of the schools you mentioned focus much more on domestic animals rather than exotics. Cornell for example (where I attended) has a phenomenal vet school, but really does next to nothing with exotics. I would suggest the University of Florida, Gainesville and the University of California, Davis as two of the top vet schools that also do good work with exotics.

hope that helps.
