When you get that done show me, I am also going to be building a new cage for my ig. hopefully one big enough to keep him in until he can walk around the house.

I just built this today. I still need to do a lot of work on it, but for now.....at least until next pay day, this will do. It is 2'D X 4'W X 4'H. He seems to like it. The pine I used will be replaced with a nice hard wood that I will finish nicely. And the sides will be converted to plexiglass as well. AND before summer gets here, I will have it so that I can interchange the plexiglass with screen (or something) siding. Anyway, I still have alot of work to do on it. Not to mention filling it with some better sticks/logs and mayber a fake plant.

I'd love to post a pic. alas i gave no clue how on this forum. any help?

I'm a regular to the corn snake forum, but I sometimes stop by Iguanas as well. I'd assume posting pics is the same both places, and I just learned myself, so I'll "share the love". You first must have digital pictures on your hardrive that are not too large (I'm not sure about the exact dimensions, I just make mine "picture" size). Then you go to Photo Gallery. Right above the red band there is an option for upload photos. Then you will be asked to create your own photo album, if you havent already, and folders and such. Once you have uploaded your photos there (you can't if they are too big!) a pull down appears under the Image URL in your post screen where you can pick the pics you want from your photo album. I still havent figured out how to post more then one. Hope that helps.

That's great thanks!

If you can spare the space, it won't go to waste. The cage is 20x50, and is used during summer months to breed rhino iguanas.

That's the biggest cage i've ever seen. I'm not even going to ask how much that sent ya back.

Here's Tempest's cage, its 7' high, 5.5' wide and 4.5' deep roughly. I'm moving to an old farmhouse in the next few months, and there's an odd little room that may have been a nursery that will become his room. Its 6' high, 9' long and 5' wide, not big enough for a bed room but perfect for him, it even has a big window overlooking the new garden, I can't wait!
