Iguana getting along with monitor..

halo73 Feb 06, 2005 12:16 PM

This is kind of weird but my baby Asain water monitor likes to be around my iguanas. My iguanas are about 3 feet and the monitor is not even 2 feet yet so there is no great danger there. The monitor will actually jump onto the iguanas cage if given the chance. My female iggy seems to enjoy his company but my male stays his distance most the time. The monitor normally tries to hitch a ride on my female iguanas back. I have a picture I just dont know how to post it. Will someone help me?

Load your digital picture onto your computer, you will need some program like Photshop, with an image resizer because there is a size limit on pics in this forum. (1200 x 1000, I think, you can double check that in the Photo Gallery) Use the image resizer to make the picture small enough to be loaded, and then resave it. Go to Photo Gallery and click "Upload Photos" then it will give you an option to search your computer for the image, search for it, find it and click on it. If it is the right size it will load automatically, and from then on, every time you post you will have a drop down option allowing you to insert photos.

hey in that list of all the reptiles you have what does the 1.0 and 2.0 mean?

ToR038505 Feb 08, 2005 06:57 PM

heh, i asked that same thing on another forum i think, dunno. 1.0 means that it's a male, 0.1 is female, and 0.0.1 is unknown. it goes up as as many you have. like 2 females would be 0.2. =-)
