Is it Pregnant?

I have a big GTF and every night between midnight and 2 am, it seems to bark for like 10 mins. Also, it looks a lot fatter than the other ones and it's throat looks a little loose and gooey. Is there a way to tell if it is a girl first of all and pregnant secondly? Oh, and third, how should I treat her if she is pregnant? Any isolation, special bedding ect? thanks

i dont think your frog is pregnant because only male frogs call... he is trying to attract a female frogs attention... also frogs dont get pregnant, they simply lay their eggs and another male fertilizes them
