C. c. cercobombus heating question?

I have a gravid C. c. cercobombus and want to give her the best care she deserves. I've looked at the dutch/english site posted on other forums. I'm looking for a good, reliable, won't burn the house down, won't get 150 degrees undertank heating source. Any suggestions?
