Brock,
...Many shippers do not put airholes in shipping boxes. I usually put two very very small airholes in two corners of my shipping boxes. The bigger problem this time of year is temperature control. The standard of the reptile industry is to ship in styrofoam insulated shipping boxes. If you do not use an insulated box the snake may be exposed at some point during shipping to subfreezing temperature which could be fatal. Most shippers use heat packs in addition to the insulated boxes this time of year. Do you know the temperatures for the next couple of days for your location and the destination and any enroute stops. I watch the weather very closely this time of year and will not ship to anyone outside the southern states for at least another month.
