Here is a list of all the foods that I could that would be good for uros. If i put something bad on my list tell me, if you have some more foods feel free to give them to me so i can add to my list.

Turnip greens
Mustard greens
Collard greens

Dry Foods
Lentils
Dried Split Peas
Dried Yellow Peas
Finch Seeds- (for birds)
Springs of millet
Corn
Iguana Pellets- (only flowers, veggies, fruits)
Bird seeds- (No sunflower seeds or other big seeds)

Thanks Mike3. My son & I were looking for a nice condesed list like this. We've read a number of different sources, so we basically knew what was OK - but like I said - we were looking for a condensed list.

Deer Fern Farms says hibiscus leaves. They look to be a good source of protein 15.3 grams.
