My Female Dumerils today showed prominent signs of Ovulation but i am wondering to what extent does this mean she is gravid.
She first mated with the male on Dec 10th and has been mating continually nearly every time he has been re-introduced until now so I think she must be Gravid. I bred Dums successfully last year but it was by accident and i didnt notice any of the gravid signs. Should I stop introducing the male now or continue for another few weeks or so?? He has not eaten since October so i am eager to get some rats into him now.

Continue to introduce the male until the female is no longer recptive to his advances. This will occur once she has ovulated.
