Safe food for leos (?)

GeckGirl Jul 06, 2003 09:06 PM

Hi everyone,
Is there any fruits/veggies, etc. that are safe and healthy for leos to consume in addition to live food? Just curious... :O) Thanks!

Most people have said that leos are strictly insectivorous. A few have reported that theirs will take a soft fruit. If you really want to supplement them this way, you could try a fruit puree (baby foods are good for this) mixed with some calcium or vitamin powder. If your leo accepts it, post and let us know, I'm curious.
It cannot make up a primary part of the diet, however.
