I KNOW YOU HAVE HEARD OF A YELLOW BELLY BUT WHAT ABOUT A.....

Ok I know everyone has heard of the yellow bellies and all that jazz. Well I recieved a lot of babies from a nomal ball python breeder. I recieved 16 baby balls all from the same breeder, all kept in the same conditions, and all feeding. One of the males caught my eye with his busy pattern. I picked him up and looked at him. His whole belly is pink. Now i know when some reptiles are kept too cold and unsantiary they can get a red belly but this one seems different. He has a bright pink belly and has shed and it is kept in the same conditions as all the others. He is feeding great and has no problems whats so ever. Anyone ever heard of this? I am holding him back to see if it might be some key link to something. I cant get my camera to pick up the colors right. I will try to post a pic soon. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Kool-Aid or newspaper.

People have soaked there balls in kool-aid so that they sell for more with neat looking 'pink' bellies. Then the dye on the newspaper might have soaked up onto there tummies too.

I had purchased a female as a baby from AAA reptiles. She was advertised as a "pink wash". She was a lavender/ pink on the belly and even the side "aliens". She shed and lost the pink but is now kind of an IMG type. She seems to get darker with each shed and is over a year old now.
