Thanks yeah they are real cute , Well as far as my other males not performing, Zuni the male, did good with Hopi and gave me 7 eggs, Tonka is always ready he even attacks the boys, heheheh but I have not given him a woman, have to find a girl the right color for him. And what can I say Squashy came from Mr. Eddington, and we know alot of his males do NOTHING ! LOL I can't wait to see what Kong does, I was just getting done emailing a guy about a female, I'm hoping he comes through for me. I will hear back from him in the morning ! I'm hoping the fact I also got Kong from J. E. that he does not bomb out too ! hehhehe, acually when Squashy is brumated this winter, he should be a nice breeder nest season, if your reading this Johnee Eve

Where do get all your critters anyway? The only people I know who breed collareds are on the forum. I'd still really like a yellow female if you know someone that could help me out.

...from himself, LOL. I waited this long to remind him about that 'West Texas all-yellow collaris female' purveyor.
I really need to contaminate my strain with some yellow coloration.

yea, if Squashy brumates well this year (unlike last) he should undoubtedly make a great breeder. No reason why he won't...he's used to being in captivity now, and even eats all the time. He's adjusted well now, so I see now problems. I would keep my eyes on Kong througtout brumation. Since he is so new, he would be my biggest concerns. On the positive side of things though...he is growning and shedding. Hope he brumates better than Squash did last year.
