Proper taxonomy

I'm hoping to start a proper discussion on re-classifying Unioculus Bracae into Belua Caputostrinus. I personally would prefer re-classifying it into the Naja species due to its hooding and spitting behavior but I can see the merits of both of the above taxa. Any input welcome.

I have no idea what animal you're talking about, but I do know one thing: unless you're a qualified systematist publishing in the relevant scientific journals, you don't get a vote.

This was actually just my attempt at latin humor... Oh well, no one got it. I suppose my latin could have been off.
