Tail nip problem

Hi one of my lil dragons bit a little piece of my other little dragons tail and now its all beat up from the tip and wiggly what should I put on it or do? I have them seperated now and each have their own set-up please tell me what to do?! thanks

Put betadine on it daily and put neosporin on it also, keep it very clean, keep him on a substrate like paper towels so nothing gets in the wound. It should heal quickly, but watch for infection just in case.
