Can you see any pattern on him? If not, he may be both leucistic and amelanistic. There are plenty of photos on this forum of Albino Black Rats, and they show a not more color then what your photo shows. Are its eyes pink?

Yes, he has a pattern, it is lavender. And his eyes are pink/red.
