When do they stop growing?

GreedyG2004 Feb 10, 2005 02:20 PM

My oldest girl will be a yr old next week.... I don't know if leopards have reached full size by that time but she seems a bit smaller than a lot of grown geckos that I've seen at the Expos and stuff. I haven't weighed her or anything but it just seems like she has a smaller head and not as big of a body. She's healthy.... her tail is fat as all hell. Also she's about 8 inches long.

So my question is.... has she reached full size? I haven't seen her shed in a while or even look like she was about to shed, so I don't know if she's fully grown or not.

She's within normal range for a full grown adult, so she may not grow anymore. I think I read somewhere that they reach maturity between 12 - 18 months. Hope that helps!
