Use coconut fiber bedding (comes in a brick form that you add water to, easily found at most pet stores. Goes by the brand names of forest bedding, bedabeast, or some other name.) Enough for your frog to comfortably bury itself is good. A shallow water bowl, changed daily with dechlorinated water and placed so the frog can easily get into and out of it and not drown. A few hide spots like hollow log things or a large rock help the frog feel more secure, as well as background on three sides of the tank.
IF your frog is extremely small, less than 1-inch, I would keep him in a bare tank with moistened, changed-daily and unbleached paper towel and a centimeter of water, with tank tilted on an angle so that the water only covers half the floor. This makes it easier for tiny frogs to catch their tiny crickets.

ok,i am using a bed-a-beast type material, shallow water dish, and a peice of curved cork bark all in a 5 gallon tank for my horn frog that is a little bigger than a quarter but not as big as a silver dollar. Is this ok?
5 gallon will work for now, though you will need a larger one soon. Assuming temps are correct, your set up should be fine until the frog gets larger. Check out my site, the reptizone, listed below for a horned frog caresheet. Andy

Yes check out Andys' care sheet on there it's right on. It should answer whaever questions you have about these frogs. And if you still have some questions you know where to ask.
For now it is ok, but you should probably get a ten gallon for when the frog outgrows that tank. These frogs can be surprisingly active at night, mine will dig in several spots before settling down, so it helps them to have a wider area to move around in. But for your tiny frog, right now the 5g is suitable.
