How's Luna doing now?
Yes, I did, thank you and will email you privately about something. We've had some power outages here due to storm so my online time has been sporadic along with a major work task
Luna is doing great! I have been giving her meds for the high white count and hope that the next blood screening will show a decrease. She has put on weight, eating, showering (lol!), even an ocassional hiss an gape! She came out of her cage yesterday on her own to hangout on her gym, which was a really good sign. Thanks for asking
lele

I'm glad to hear that Luna is doing better! I was worried about
her!
I got your private message and saw your reply to the other thread
and I will get back to you later. I have to feed some critters
and set up a new cage for a couple of new ones that I got today...
and do a little more research before I get back to you.
Hope your power is okay now??
Hi again lele,
You said..." I have been giving her meds for the high white count and
hope that the next blood screening will show a decrease"...I assume
she's fighting something off then? Do you know what?
You said..."She has put on weight, eating, showering (lol!), even an

Glad to hear it!
I'll be back with more...later!
Dr. G. said that the first line of defense is antibiotics and admits it is an assumption, but that testing would be difficult. B/t the MBD, edema, egg laying and stress she very well could be fighting something. When I asked him what if the count doesn't go down and he said he honestly was not sure and would consult with another vet in MA. I am hopeful though b/c she is back to her old self.
thanks
