I have been told that L.A. Chapter speakers were erroneously excluded from the newsletter. Ooops!
Our meetings are held the first Wednesday of each month.
In March our guest speaker is Ed Pirog. He spoke to us a while back and did a wonderful presentation on the Canary Islands. He is coming to talk to us about tortoises and to present a slideshow.
In April we have the curator of the L.A. Zoo's reptile department, Russ Smith. He will talk about his trip to Rinca Island, Galapagos.
Our meetings start pretty close to 7:30 p.m. Last month we had a delay getting our guest speaker's presentation set up.
Please also keep in mind that all members are permitted to sell their goods. So if you have reptiles, amphibians, herp supplies, feeder insects, herp vitamins, or anything else that reptile/amphibian people might need or be interested in, please bring it!
There is no charge to sell at our general meetings.
If you have any questions, please visit our website to get answers or to get a name/email/phone number of someone to give you answers. www.swhs.org
Thanks and I truly hope to see more of you at our meetings!

) Were you at the Al Robbins meeting when April and I did the presentation on enclosures? That was just a couple of months ago.
