today i noticed right after he shed his head looked like a different color than the rest of the body. is that him starting morphing or something else.

from what I understand, their colors will be brighter after shedding....mine has just shed once since I got him and he was brighter and darker...after a few days it faded a little but the color was still different then before the shed...he is now shedding again...
