can i ever do this

when im older i want to cut like one room in half and put snake racks and glass cages on one side and section off like a 12'by6' section and fill it with sand and other things, how many males and female would i be able to put in here,

i dont think my wife will evr let me do it so i might try for the basement, just wondering, bc it would be so cool have you family come down stairs and see it , with like door so i can go in and out and a chair to sit with thewm

Uhm...12'x6'...if you didn't section it off I would only put 1 male and 3-4 females, but would not reccomend doing it at all. You should invest in a rack system for the beardies too.

i didn't realise you could keep beardies in a rack system. don't they need light and UV's? that is what i was always told

Yes UV is necessary for beardeds. Freedom breeder makes awesome racks for baby beardeds. I'd recommend a stack of vision cages for adults.
