Chinese vs. American Bullfrogs

I'm interested in getting a bullfrog and have seen ads for Chinese Albinos. What few things I've found reguarding them is mosty guesswork (species ident.) and vague (differences between theirs and ours.) I've almost concluded that the difference is they imported some American frogs and are breeding them there now!

If you KNOW anything please enlighten me.
