Wattage of light for macklots pythons

What is a good wattage of light for Macklots pythons? Thanks.

The light wattage you need will depend on the size of the enclosure you have. Please let us know what size your enclosure is and then we can help you decide what wattage you will need.

Well from my expieience with the 20 I keep my baby African Rock Python in, I have found that a 100 watt works best. I tried running a 75 watt red lamp but it did not put off the amount of heat needed. Now if you were going to house this snake in a 20 gallon long a 75 watt heat lamp would do just fine.
