not feeding

My pacman hasn't eaten since the end of november....He buried himself and never comes out.Hes not brumating cause I don't see a cocoon around him so I figured it was because of winter.I starting leaving his lights on for 12-14 hours instead of 10 and raised the humidity last week...How long will it take him to come out of this?(also he has not visibly lost any weight and hes around 3 inches)

Are you monitoring temperature? It is good that you are considering husbandry (lighting/humidity) changes as winter often affects our herps in ways that go unoticed by us. Of course also make sure that you've got a good, clean substrate that gets changed regularly. Waste build up leads to a lethargic/sick frog that usually won't eat. To monitor weight loss, use a gram scale as often weight loss goes unoticed visually until to much has been lost. Greater than 10% loss is abnormal.
Good luck
