Hi I would say your salad gets a good rating. Nice wide variety of the good greens. The only other things i add to mine is some green beans, parsnip and i always throw some fruit on his salad. But my ozzy loves his fruit. I use very small quantites on the fruit though, like just toss a few berries on the top, to get his attention. But boy is it a lot of work preparing this stuff. LOL Im not sure about you but i bet i spend several hours every week prepping lizard food. The struggle i have is keeping it fresh. Especially the greens. I did just try putting papertowls in the bag, and i have to say this did make my greens last longer. Another thing i have done is after the veggies and some of the fruits ahve been in the fridge for a few days i go ahead and toss them in bags and throw them in the freezer. Now if memory serves me right, If your using stuff that has been frozen it does zap soem of the nutrients out of it. But i find it works good for when im running low on stuff and havent been able to get to the store, its nice to have that backup of stuff in the freezer. I have bags of frozen green beans, squash, parsnip, blackberries, strawberries, blueberries and raspberries in my freezer. Now i have never tried to feeze his greens, i think some have, but i would just guess they would be a bit icky looking and my ozzys too picky just dont think he would go for the frozen ones. lol Just wanted to pass on a few tips i have learned to make this a bit easier. Keep up the good work. Tami
