if i breed a 100% het albino male with a regular female i will get??? cause some say ill get some albinos, and some hets, some people say just all the babies will be 50% het and i wont have any albinos!!??!

If you breed a 100% het albino to a normal you will get 50% het albino snakes.

If you breed two 100% hets together you will statistically get (out of a clutch of 4) one albino, and three 66% het albinos.

If you breed to a 50% then there is only a 50% chance that, that snake carries the albino gene. If it does you know you have a true het albino and you'll get the same as above. If it does not carry the albino gene you've got a genetically "normal" snake and your offspring would be 50% hets.

When breeding hets it's also possible that it may take a couple of clutches for the albino gene to kick in. So even if you have 2 100% het albinos, you may not get an albino for several clutchs, or ever as some have had the unfortunate experience of happening.

Here is the deal

100% HET for albino X Normal = All babies being 50% het which means if you have 6 eggs hatch around 1/2 would be 100% het for albino and the others would be normal, But because you would not know what was het and what was NOT het you would sell them as 50% possible hets.

The only ways to get Albinos are

Albino X Albino = all albino's

Albino X 100% Het = 1/2 Albino , 1/2 100% hets

100% het X 100% het = 1/4 Albino , 1/2 100% het and 1/4 NORMALS but since we won't know what is what anything that is NOT Albino would be sold as 66% het, So 2/3rds of the normal offspring would be 100% het for albino, that is where the 66% comes in.
