Hey,
Well the basic thing to do, is not wait to figure out what to do, other than doing what is the obvious, take her to the VET immediately. The longer you wait the worse it will get. I could sit here and say to separate the pair, and increase heat to her enclosure, but that would be narrow in my judgement and would not do much in the way of helping her get any better. Some URI's, can get better with just an increase in over all temperatures, however, not knowing the severity of the infection will not help much, as there are some very resistant strains of bacteria that do not respond to increases in heat and so require medical and antibiotic intervention by a VET and keeper. (I have a black blood that took my self and the vet, quite the time to figure out that he was suffering from some very resistant bacteria that were resistant to the initial antibiotics, before we figured that out, and put him on Baytril, and now Cipro, both very closely related drugs). So if you have never dealt with a URI, and have no knowledge of what to look for, then a visit to the VETS office, is in my opinion, warranted.
