Question for breeders

Joe R. Feb 13, 2005 07:20 AM

How many clutches do frilleds normally lay in one season? I was reading different information on the web and some people said only one and others said multiple. Is there a good book ( or web site) on them that most people agree with?
Thanks,
Joe

Mine laid 3-6 cluched a season. They had clutches between 4-9 eggs each time. Never had much luck hatching the first clutch, but then after that about a 75% hatch rate. Not nearly as easy as beardeds.

I just had 13 eggs last week. This si the most I have had. Normally 4-8. Good luck. Sometimes hatching them is frustrating..
