I would like to make a quick sugestion.

The new pic on this Forum (the Emerald courtesy of Mike H.) is way too big which really slows down considerably the loading time for people who still have just dial-up.

The reason for this is that the webmaster (or whoever does such changes, he can't be a professional webmaster though if not he would know how to do it correctly) just put the original pic (640x472 pixels big and 322kb heavy) in smaller dimensions (html code). This thumbnail pic must be manually reduced in Photoshop or such to that small dimension, then it would have a sice of maybe 10-20kb at most which results in a much faster loading time.

I have reduced it for them. It's still the same size, but now only 41kb. They don't edit the photos, they use them straight from your KS gallery...so I went ahead and added this reduced version to my gallery so they can make the changes when they find time.
