Some snakes do eat less in the winter, as snakes grow they also tend to eat less often. I forget how old you said yours was so she just might not need to eat now. The only way to tell if they are fasting as far as I know is to see that mouse/rat still sitting in the cage. Some snakes do have color preferences as far as food goes, if you have a picky eater or WC they often prefer colored food as opposed to white. I also had a snake that would only eat all white items. If you are feeding F/t try using a fresh item or offer a prekilled item. If she refuses, then she's probably fasting.

Feed her when she acts hungry, i.e. if she sticks her head out of of her hide like she is waiting for food, that is a good time to throw a mouse in there. If she is completely under her hide or moving around, probably she is not going to eat. Try once per week, throwing mice in there every day is a sure way to keep them from eating. Usually mine start eating regularly again by the end of March, but I think it depends on what area of the country you live in.

Good luck
