Breeding

At what age and/or weight are cresteds ready to breed? I have a normal male and harliquine/fire female that I think could be ready to breed and wouldn't mind if they started to either.

Thanks

Males are ready to breed after they reach sexual maturity (you'll know when this occurs ); but it's best if they weigh around 25g or better, otherwise the females can push them around.

Females are ready at 35g and around a year. If they are bred below either, your chances of "bad eggs" are much higher. Also, below 35g puts your gecko's health at risk - which of course causes more problems than waiting for the last 5g is worth.
