Anyone feed their collared's pinkies?

I fed Dexter one for the first time today.. and he ATE it!! I was shocked. I had to feed it to him, but he put it in his mouth and ate it. He didn't go for it in his cage though.

But then again, he doesn't seem to eat anything on his own anymore... think that is b/c I have had to force feed him so much? He has gotten use to it and lost his hunting skill?

What else do people feed... besides, mealworms, superworms, crickets... I tried collard greens awhile back and he never at that either... just wondering.
