I was in my local petstore and in one of their scorpion tanks they have like plants in it that like glow from the UV light and I really want these or sumin like these for my leo setup please if anyone knows what im talking about or has these please let me know where I can find them thankyou

I have never heard of the glowing plants, although are you sure they are real. If they are it really is not that hard to implant some plants with green flourescent protein from jellyfish. Scientists now use beacteria to get the DNA for gfp into plants. They do that with all sorts of crops to make them resistant to disease so I really doubt that it would be much different. Even last year a company offered glow in the dark finish that had been genetically altered to contain those genes. Science is really quite incredible these days. There was a moss in the northeast called foxfire that would glow like lightning bugs. So, although i don't know what type of plant... there are a couple of theories.

All I know is Scorions glow in black light.

I read a while back about some scientists removing lightning bug glow genes to some plants to make them glow but that prob. has nothing to do with what you are talking about.

Ask the store what they are.
