Ok to breed balls i know you have to cool them down by reducing temps by 5-10 degrees and reduce photo period but do you introduce the pair at the end of the reductions or are they introduced when the temps go back to normal after 6-8 weeks??? In short.....When do they breed also when should they be seperated...Thanks...

I introduce my pairs 2 weeks after the start of cooling and continue breeding for 6 weeks after the temps go back up to normal.

Good luck!

...don't worry about a reduced photo period...along the equator where BP's are found it's nearly 12/12 yearround...although artificially reducing the photoperiod can't hurt...and it MIGHT actually help in some instances...
