My female lade an egg... HELP?

My green anole female just lade here first egg. I had a male in there about two weeks ago. How do I know if the egg is fertile or not? Please help me I'm so confused. It really didn't look like she was pregnant? I'm sort of new at this and I'm totally confused. HELP!!!
