I was just wondering if you can house a 3in. leo with two 6 in. sub-adult females. in a 40 breeder tank?

No you cannot house that small of a gecko with that big a gecko. When you want them to live together wait until they are full grown. If they are far apart as what you want, the 3 inch will definently be bullied and will rarly get food.

if you want to keep them in the inclosure together, try purchasing a aquarium divider (lee's aq divider}. put in divider make room 4 about 10 gal of those 40 and maybe put some rocks, thick heavy tiles or evan food water dishes on the bottem both sides to keep them from slipping under. this way and mabe u can get them used to each other and keep them seperated at the same time. like i am doing with my baby m and juvi f leo's in my 29 gal.it works great keeps em seperated lets them smell and look with out chances of them getting hurt.

Thank you very much. This info is very helpful. I will use a divider for my cage. The only reason why I asked the question is because my cousin is giving away his leo to me and I don't want to say no.

Oh, then the divider thing won't work, you MUST quarantine the new baby for a minimum of 90 days. Keep them in two totally different cages.
