I am using Leopard Gecko Dust but it contains Vitamin D3 and I would like to put a calcium dish in the tank to make sure they are getting enough calcium.

It is a good idea to allow them acess to calcium without D3 since studies seem to have been inconclusive as to wether oral D3 is useful, and toxification by using too much can be dangerous as well. I like to use Jurrasi-Cal because it is straight Calcium Carbonate, and I believe that Repto-Cal is also.
