wax worms

how often is often, when it comes to feeding wax worms. i read in a leo gecko care book. to feed about 6 waxies to youre leo once avery week. is that to help them grow when their young?so i would like to know how often and how much ?

1 or 2 (mabye even 3 depending on how skinny your gecko is) a week is fine. They are used to fatten geckos up and they aren't really nutrience enriched.

Dusting your waxies are a good way to make sure your leo is getting calcium too, since most leos are guaranteed to snatch a wax worm right up.

I'd only give 2 a week to a healthy adult.
