i've had a couple people tell me parazap will help my dragon. it's not that i don't believe them but i'd like to hear more about it from more people.

What problems are you having that are leading people to recommend Parazap?

That asked, I will give you my experiences, which have all been very positive. I rescue reptiles. All my personally owned beardies are rescues and I do restorative foster care. They come in in varied condition, from pretty good to really poor. We run fecals on everybody, of course, but Parazap makes a very good preventative and intial treatment method while waiting for results. It is gentle to the system of fragile animals, which makes it a good interim alternative to harsher medical treatment for parasites. I give everybody who comes in a two week, 2-times daily initial course of Parazap "tea" and then use it for 5 days a month throughout the year.

Parazap also has the benefits of being both a laxative and an appetite stimulant. As it stimulates proper functioning of the digestive system (I use it with probiotics), it can be one part of an effective treatment for impaction and anorexia. I've had animals that had to be force-fed all their lives start to turn around once parazap treatment started.

It is not magic, and you have to use it properly for it to be most effective but I have found it to be a very, very useful tool in my arsenal of treatments for rescued animals. Hope this is helpful. (And no, I don't receive any compensation for endorsement )
