i bought this lil guy about a year ago and was told it was a pueblan milk snake but after looking it over on the internet im starting to think otherwise. I was hoping someone could help me find out for sure what type of milk snake this is.

It looks like a nelsons or sinaloan to me. Nice clean looking colors regardless!!

That is not a pure Pueblan, but could be one of the common crosses being made like Sinoloan X Pueblan.
I am not for sure what it is exactly, but I do know it is not a Pueblan. It is a nice looking milksnake regardless, but the person you purchased it from was very misleeding or uneducated (snakewise).

as pueblans usually have thicker white bands. Its either a nelsons or sinaloan, classic thin white bands and white on the snout. Nice looking snake.

Doesn't look like a pure sinoloan or nelson's either. That is why inferred it may be a cross. I have seen plenty Pueblan X Sinoloans that do NOT have wide yellow bands.
Maybe it is a New Mexico milksnake (celaenops) I am sure someone will help me out. I don't think it is nelsoni, pueblan or sinoloan.
It is nice and clean looking too!
John
The body and banding look like a perfect nelsoni. The head looks nelsoni but it is hard to tell as it is very blurry...Ric Blair
