oneenvy Feb 15, 2005 09:11 PM

Hi I want to keep arrow frogs. I have not kept arrow frogs before. i have kept others in the past though, mainly tree frogs. Is it possible to keep more than one species of arrow frog together; or even a salamander or small lizard? what is the best food to feed them? what live plants would i beable to keep? is there anything i should know before i start?

thanks for any info
viet

Most frown on mixing species (or other animals), especially if they can produce hybrids. Many "experts" mix species.

Most feed fruit flies, but you can also feed pinhead crickets, termites, etc. Fruit flies are the easiest feeders ever!

For plants I like to buy plants native to south america that require moist soils (found at home depot, lowes, etc.). I also like to get bromeliads off of Ebay (not too many in winter, but in spring there are tons of cool deals).

I think that was all your questions...
