Few Rack Questions

I just build a rat rack with mortar mixing tubs, and i have a question regarding of the water system. I separate the weaned rats from their mother and put them on another tub, specialy for them, now question number 1; how do you have your watering system so the weaned can drink?

Question number 2; The rack has 3 levels, soon a 4rth one, the first 2 are for the breeders and the 3rd and soon 4rth are for the "babies" that will grow for food. Should i be removing the babies from their tubs and moving them to their tub or just leave them in their tubs?
