CrazyCodyKadunk Feb 16, 2005 10:45 AM

ok my male pim is very odd. when he is in his cage he will strick at the sides like crazy when im by the cage but when i open it and put my hand in he will go right over to it smell it then look away and i can pick him up. same gose for when i move him to a different cage while im cleaning his out. i havent really seen any thing like this before. have u herd of this or no of a way to make him stop. i think he will stop on his own when he gets used to me being around his cage.

strikes at me all day when I walk by...but when I put my hand in to pet him on the head and tell him everything will be ok..he calms right down : )

(hope this is taken for what it is lol)

he would probably nail your hand when you placed it in front of him. The few I have worked with can be easily handled, but do have a very strong feeding response when food is offered. Are they feeding well?

they eat every thing. there is no hesitation its put food in and by the time i got the cage closed its half way down.
