unfortunately i forgot this and after a bit of a struggle from my nile instead of saying ok enough is enough i went after her and well you already know what happened, yup she's gone and sliced 2 1" deep cuts into my thumb,Man has her teeth gotten razor sharp. She hasn't bitten me for months but then again i've never chased her around before.Oh well lesson learned, the hard way albeit but i find that the best way.I guess this is just 1 lesson that's been learned a million times but the funny thing is i usually let her decide if a handling session is ok or not,now i remember why LOL.
Just thought i'd share

gets as tame as crocky because i would be lulled into a false sense of security and then whap there goes my fingers and my career.Plus i like my nile to let me know where i stand that way a briused leg is all i'll recieve, the bite was a result of false security as she had stopped hissing and whipping,oh well only another year till were back to that stage again.LOL,like i said patience is a virtue.
