I have wanted one since the day I first saw one. I knew they were larger than BRB's, but just how much larger? That one looks robust and larger than I was imagining. I assumed they were just like Brazilians in temperment and husbandry requirements with the exception that it would need more space. Are these correct assumptions? Is there anything I would need to know before getting a pair that is different from Brazilians?

Linda,
...While they were growing I treated them and kept them like I keep my Brazilian Rainbows. Since they got big I keep 4 of them in a 4x4x2 foot cage. A single adult would be fine in a 4 foot long Vision or similar style cage.

16 square feet for 4; I can easily provide 8 for 2 until bred, than will go to 8 for 1. I can do that! That is the greatest I can accomplish in my house without a seperate snake room. I will have to get an electrician in here to create more outlets if I have to go larger. (I'm already considering that!) I must be a TRUE SnakeLady.

Noel,
...Most BRBs do not get that big. A few do.
