I went to the beach and saw a bunch of jackoffs letting their 3 year olds shoot bottle rockets... then I went to Busch Gardens and saw some Cuban Rock Iguanas... they're so cool... and fat! No Beardies or Uromastyx though!

we sat on our roof and watched the fireworks on the coast, from our place we could see the oceanside pier fireworks, some down on moonlight beach (just people lighting them off) del mar fireworks and even some down further south, the moon was great on the 4th, made the ocean silver also got to spend the weekend with my new baby dragon, so it made it all that much better

Good except for my fridge dying. I got some nice fat girls, because the pinkies defrosted so they all got extra treats. The snakes also got fattened up. Had several balls eat 3 rodents. Still had to throw some of my snake food out though. I had to chuck an unopened pack of 20 jumbo mice.

That really sucks about your fridge. You should have got a cooler and bought a bag of ice for the mice and rest of the snake food. It may have saved it.

ah it was pretty melted by the time I noticed. I just took most of it out of the freezer and thawed it out. I fed off alot of food, probably twice what I normally do, but couldn't possibly feed off 20 more mice. It cost me $20 for what I threw out. Luckily all the food for the cookout was in the fridge and cold still so it got thrown in another fridge saving it.

Oh and then the fridge repair guy tells me, for $50, that the compressor is overheated so leave it off for 2-3 hours and let it cool down. Thanks jacka$$.

Yeah...good for nothing fridge repair guy. I think I would have told him to get out of my house if he was gonna charge me 50 bucks for a few words of advise. Ahh well, next time you can call him and laugh arrogantly into the phone and scream "Now I know what to do!"

grimdog Jul 07, 2003 06:26 PM

It gets better the damn fridge still aint cooling. So what he told me was wrong and he charged me $50.
