Hi everyone. Well i got a new digital camera for xmas. So i couldnt wait to get some pictures of Ozzy to show you guys. Well everytime i try to get near him with the camera he flips out. I dont know what the deal is. The flash is off, but yet just the sight of that camera and he instantly starts to head bob and act all big and bad. Im going to keep trying and hopefully can get a decent one to show you guys. Hes doing great and is eating like a horse now that he is out of breeding season. About 2-3 decent bowls full of his iggy salad a day. Which is good cause i think he lost a little weight during breeding season. Also just got new lights for his enclosure. Trying a infrared for night heat, which i have never had before. Been leaving it on during the day too, to help keep the temps up. He seems to really like this. I notice he is hanging out more where the infrared is. Also replaced his UVB and got a extra basking light for when that one goes. Boy this lighting stuff gets expensive. But hes worth it. Yeah, alot of people have had the trouble of catching any good pics with their ig. They just seem to find the camera as a very big predator,lol. Some suggest having a towel around the camera with a hole thru it, but i don't have the problem. My ig stands like freakin Lion King for a picture, so full of himself. ^_^
