Can i give grain beetles and larva to my Leo Gecko?

Flavia Guimaraes Feb 17, 2005 02:04 AM

Where i live, India, is very difficult to find mealworms or superworms to my gecko and croc skink.Im raising and breeding mealworms in my house but i wonder whether i can give them other species of larvas.Another day i saw that the parcel of corn we bought was full of beetles named Zabrotes Subfasciatus (coleoptera bruchidae). I thought that it would be very easy to raise them and to give their larva to my babies. What do you think? Thanks for any reply.
